Join us for an Exceptional Encounter with Paralympian Martine Wright
We are delighted to announce that Martine Wright MBE, Paralympian and survivor of the 2005 terrorist bombings in London, will be the special guest speaker at our latest ‘Exceptional Encounter.’
The breakfast event is on Thursday 27 September and is the latest in a series of inspirational talks we’ve organised for clients and associates of Perrys.
Martine will share her story at the London Stadium in East London, home of the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. She will explain how she overcame the catastrophic experience of losing both legs in the Circle Line bombing, and how she has gone on to open up a whole new world of opportunities.
Martine has rebuilt her life to become a prominent sports woman, sports presenter, mentor, author, and motivational speaker. Her talk will focus on her journey from despair to determination, and discuss why the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics provided her with purpose and positivity.
Martine is used to speaking to audiences of thousands, but we feel privileged that our event is in a far more intimate venue – the London Stadium’s Arnold Hills space – where guests will have the chance to chat to Martine in a Q&A session following the talk.

Perrys Exceptional Encounter with Martine Wright is free to attend and starts at 8am on Thursday 27 September. Spaces are limited on a first come, first served basis.
