Richard Blunden

Originally from Filey, North Yorkshire, Richard studied catering and worked at the Mayfair Hotel for four years.
He then started work at Buckingham Palace, where he worked for 20 years and upon leaving was was awarded by HM the Queen, the Royal Victoria Medal. Richard then joined the Metropolitan Police and spent 16 years there, until retiring in June 2019.
In his spare time, Richard loves running, skiing and paddle boarding and is a fan of Manchester United.
